Challenges.

Nonstop Brands, the holding company behind e-commerce ventures like Evil Goods and Top Shelf Grind, faced a critical challenge. The founder, Robert Oliver, a $30M “Genius Brand” exit entrepreneur, wanted to achieve massive organic reach and evolve beyond being seen as the “e-commerce guru” online. Two separate agencies managed his ecosystem: one handled short-form content distribution, while another oversaw the marketing and operations for his education company, Million Dollar Brand Club. The first failed to deliver the reach he was expecting, and the second kept Rob boxed into the e-commerce guru lane, limiting creativity and brand expansion.

The operation had plateaued. There was a clear ceiling and time limit to TikTok Shop and e-commerce-focused content converting effectively, and audience growth had begun to stall. Despite his 300K+ Instagram following and steady revenue from Million Dollar Brand Club, Rob needed a complete internal rebuild to reach the next level.

I stepped in as CEO to replace both agencies and rebuild Rebuild MDBC and Rob the Bank’s personal brand from the inside out. My goal was to design a scalable system that could drive massive organic reach, streamline operations, and reposition “Rob the Bank” as a culturally relevant creator brand built on story, systems, and scale — all while keeping the education company, MDBC, growing and converting a broader audience.

I engineered an AI-powered short-form distribution system, launching one of the first large-scale $100k+ Whop creator rewards campaigns, and rebranded Rob’s content into a Hopecore-style talking-head format that was both authentic and scalable. This consisted of Notion AI pipelines to automate scripting, editing, and publishing, while developing the internal editing team and training a community of over 1,000 creators who clipped and distributed Rob’s content. This ecosystem outperformed previous agencies by more than 10×, generating 150M+ monthly views and growing his main Instagram by 200K followers per month, with over 50M on his main IG alone.

Once reach was secured, the next challenge was conversion. I rebuilt the VSL, website funnel, and Notion tracking systems to capture leads more effectively, then directed a cinematic movie campaign that merged storytelling with brand narrative to both educate and convert this new, broader audience. This approach turned massive organic reach into a scalable, revenue-driven AI media ecosystem.

RobTheBank Media and Million Dollar Brand Club evolved from a niche e-commerce content brand into the first massively scalable AI creator ecosystem — where storytelling, systems, and monetization worked in sync. After hitting the 1M milestone on Instagram, I enabled the internal systems and core team I had built to continue running independently while I stepped away to pursue new ventures.
